Honestly, who knows? Microsoft owning Bethesda might mean some games are Xbox exclusive in the future, but they haven't announced anything specific for Elder Scrolls yet.

Chill, folks. There's no confirmation The Elder Scrolls will be Xbox-only. Bethesda and Microsoft are keeping us on our toes!
Just my two cents: Bethesda seems to enjoy their games being available on multiple platforms, so an Xbox exclusive Elder Scrolls seems unlikely.
As of now, there's no official word that The Elder Scrolls will be Xbox exclusive. Given the recent acquisition of Bethesda by Microsoft, it's a possibility, but not confirmed!
