Nope, the PS4 can't play PS1 disc-based games directly. But you can get some PS1 classics from the PlayStation Store!

Unfortunately not, the PS4 doesn't support PS1 discs. You'd have better luck with PS3 for backward compatibility.

I tried to play my old PS1 games on my PS4, didn鈥檛 work. Ended up buying some digital versions from the PlayStation Store instead.
