I'm a huge fan too, and while the creator Togashi has health issues that cause delays, there's always a chance he'll come back to it.
Yeah, in our dreams! Just enjoy the existing episodes and keep an eye on the manga.
Nobody knows for sure, but considering the manga's ongoing hiatuses, don't hold your breath waiting for it!
