Toby Fox is currently working on Deltarune, which is a sort of spin-off of Undertale. Chapters 1 and 2 are out already, and more chapters are in development. So while it’s not 'Undertale 2,' it’s pretty close!

Toby Fox hasn't announced a direct sequel to Undertale, but he is working on Deltarune. You'll definitely get some Undertale-ish feels from it.
