Unfortunately, there won't be a Season 4. The story was beautifully concluded in Season 3, staying true to the manga. Time to rewatch!
Trust me, I鈥檝e been following Fruits Basket since the beginning, and Season 3 perfectly concluded the saga. No Season 4, but what a journey it鈥檚 been!
