Yeah, there isn't any 'Will to Survive' in XCOM 2, but if you're looking for something similar, try the 'Blast Padding' perk for that extra damage reduction.

The 'Will to Survive' perk in XCOM 2 isn't a thing, but you might be thinking of the 'Will to Survive' perk from XCOM: Enemy Within. It reduces all damage taken by soldiers if they are in cover and not flanked. Great for keeping your troops alive longer!
