As of now, Ubisoft Plus isn't bundled with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but there are frequent partnerships and deals, so keep an eye out!

Nope, Ubisoft Plus is a separate subscription. You can't access it through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
