Nope, War Thunder is still on DirectX 11. Maybe in the future, but not right now.

Hey! From my experience playing War Thunder, it's still running on DirectX 11. At the moment, there are no announcements or hints about moving to DirectX 12.

As of now, War Thunder does not support DirectX 12. They're sticking with DirectX 11 for the time being.
