Nope, the Xbox 360 Kinect won't work directly on Xbox One. To use a Kinect on Xbox One, you need the Xbox One Kinect sensor. If you have an old Kinect and really want to use it, Microsoft offered an adapter for a while, but it's hard to find now.

Short answer: no, it won't work. Long answer: it still won't work unless you somehow get your hands on a rare adapter.

I tried using my Xbox 360 Kinect with the Xbox One, but sadly, it didn't work. You'll need the Xbox One version of the Kinect for it to be compatible.
