Bottle Caps in Pokemon Violet are super valuable for hardcore trainers! They're used for Hyper Training your Pokémon. Basically, you take them to a dude in Montenevera who can max out your Pokémon's individual values (IVs) which makes them way stronger in battles. It's like giving your Pokémon a gym membership and a personal trainer all at once. Just keep in mind, your Pokémon gotta be level 100 to get swole.
