Oh, those mysterious little question marks in Pokemon Scarlet! They're basically the game's way of saying, 'Psst, there's something cool here!' When you're out wandering in the wilds of the Paldea region and spot a '?', it means there's a hidden item nearby. Could be anything from a potion to some rare loot. So, whenever you see one, start mashing that 'A' button and grab yourself some free goodies!

Actually, I kinda disagree with everyone making a big deal out of the '?'. Sure, it means there's an item nearby, but half the time it's just common stuff. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's fun stumbling upon a hidden treasure, but lower your expectations, folks.
