To run CS:GO smoothly, you're gonna need a PC with at least an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom X3 8750 processor, 2GB of RAM (but seriously, 4GB or more is where it's at for a good experience), and a graphics card that can handle DirectX 9 - think NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT or better. Also, don't forget about having at least 15GB of disk space. Of course, if you're rocking a newer setup, you're golden. Oh, and a solid internet connection because nobody likes lag.

You seriously need a decent rig if you want to enjoy CS:GO. Not the top of the line, but if your PC can't run Minecraft without breaking a sweat, you might wanna upgrade before diving into CS:GO.
