It's basically for style points. The Beast Ball has a cool design but don't bother using it on regular Pokémon. Save it for the Ultra Beasts because that's where it actually makes a difference. For anything else, it's just a fancy Poké Ball that's hard to catch Pokémon with.

Beast Ball? More like Bust Ball for regular Pokémon. It's pretty much only good for catching Ultra Beasts. Otherwise, you're better off with any other Poké Ball.
