Kaido all day. He's called the 'Strongest Creature in the World' for a reason. The dude can turn into a dragon and has been trying to find a place to die in battle because no one can take him down. That's peak strength if you ask me.

Luffy, with his ever-evolving Haki and Devil Fruit powers, is a force to be reckoned with. On the other hand, Gol D. Roger was the Pirate King, so you know he was no slouch.
