Dratini evolves into Dragonair at level 30 and then hits its final form, Dragonite, at level 55. It's a bit of a grind, but totally worth it for that awesome Dragon/Flying-type!

Honestly, don't bother. Get a Togekiss instead. Much easier.

Can confirm, just evolved mine! Dratini to Dragonair at level 30, then to Dragonite at 55. The leap from Dragonair to Dragonite feels like forever, but it's such a power spike!
