Goomy evolves into Sliggoo starting at level 40, and then it doesn't stop there! Get your Sliggoo to level 50 while it's raining in-game, and you'll see it evolve into Goodra. So keep an eye on that weather in the world of Pokemon!

Got my Goomy to evolve at level 40, then had to wait for a rainy day in-game to get Goodra. Worth it though!
