The cool thing about Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is that they're open-world, meaning you can technically tackle the gyms in almost any order you want! But, if you're looking for a bit of a guide to keep things smooth, I'd suggest starting with Cortondo Gym (Bug-type), then making your way to Artazon (Grass-type), then Cascarrafa (Water-type), followed by Levincia (Electric-type), Medali (Normal-type), Montenevera (Ghost-type), Alfornada (Psychic-type), and finally, Glaseado (Ice-type). This path kinda follows the level progression and story in a way that feels natural.

Honestly, I just went after the gyms based on which Pokémon types I had leveled up the most. Had a strong fire type early on, so tackled the ice gym pretty early. Made my own path, and it was a blast.
