Goku's bounty in One Piece would be astronomically high! Considering his strength, ability to fly, instant transmission, and that he's saved the universe multiple times, we're talking about a bounty that would dwarf the current highest bounties in the One Piece world. The World Government would probably have to invent a new number for him.

Honestly? Goku wouldn't have a bounty. He's too good-natured and doesn't really commit crimes. Plus, he'd be helping people and the Marines out, so they'd probably let him chill.
