The animation quality of One Piece starts to see a significant improvement around episode 207, which marks the beginning of the Water 7 Arc. This is where the artwork and the animation techniques take a noticeable step up, offering cleaner lines and more dynamic action sequences. The quality continues to improve further into the series, with other notable jumps in quality around the start of the HD era in episode 207 and then again during the Wano Country arc, which is praised for its unique art style and fluid animation.

Actually, I think One Piece's charm lies in its early animation too! The simplicity and rough edges add to the adventure vibe. But yeah, for those looking for HD and all, it gets visibly better by the Water 7 Arc.

One Piece? It's all about the story, my dudes. Who cares about the animation when you're deep in the Grand Line searching for the ultimate treasure!

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
