Just to add a quick note - don't forget that Rockruff’s evolution can also depend on its own Ability. Owning a Rockruff with the Own Tempo ability? That one evolves into the Dusk Form Lycanroc between 5 PM and 5:59 PM. So, it's not just about the level, but also the time and a bit of its personal flair!
