No idea, but the anticipation is killing me! Last time, the announcement came out of nowhere, and it was like Christmas morning for the CS:GO community.

SoonTM. Valve time, ya know? But seriously, they usually announce these things with enough hype to get the whole community buzzing. So if you haven't heard anything yet, it's probably not happening in the very immediate future.
