Hold onto them FOREVER. Just kidding, but seriously, if you're not in urgent need of cash, wait a bit. Newer cases drop in price after the initial hype dies down, but can gradually increase in value over time as they become rarer. Also, check out major CS:GO tournaments, as case prices can go up around these times.
