You should def watch One Piece Z after episode 578. It fits right after the Fishman Island arc and before they dive into the Punk Hazard stuff. It's not exactly canon but it's a blast and gives some cool insights without messing the storyline. Plus, the animation and fights are epic!

After episode 578 is the perfect spot. Trust me, it lines up pretty well with the crew's journey at that point. Watched it myself there and it felt like a seamless addition to the adventure!

Doesn't really matter when you watch it, not canon anyway. But if you need a spot, after 578 works.

Honestly, just watch it whenever you feel like it. One Piece Z is more about the fun and less about where it fits in the timeline. But yeah, after Fishman Island is the sweet spot if you're a stickler for order.
