Actually caught my Hatenna by accident while wandering around West Province (Area Two). It was a rainy day, and there it was, just waiting for me. So, yeah, that's the spot.

Hatenna hangs out in the West Province (Area Two) during all weather conditions. It's like it doesn't even care if it's raining or sunny, it just loves chilling there. Also, you might stumble upon it in the East Province (Area Three), but it seems to prefer sticking around West Province more. So, grab some Poké Balls and happy hunting!
