You can find Black Titanium in Fallout 76 by mining it from Black Titanium deposits scattered around the map. One of the best places to look is the Gorge Junkyard to the north of the Forest region; it's a public workshop with a Black Titanium deposit. Another way is by hunting down Mole Miners, especially around the Ash Heap region; they drop Miner Suit Scrap, which can be scrapped into Black Titanium!

Don't forget Deathclaw Island located just west of the Tygart Water Treatment plant. Deathclaws usually drop Black Titanium when you defeat them. Just make sure you're prepared for a tough fight!
