Found Riolu after hours of searching! For those still looking, it's around the south, try the outskirts of Los Platos in the morning. Seems like they enjoy the sunrise.

Riolu can be a bit elusive, but you're in luck! You can find this little fighting-type Pokémon chilling in the grassy, more open areas of the Paldea region. Specifically, keep an eye out around the early parts of the game near the southern part of the map. The area around Los Platos is known to have Riolu wandering around. So, grab some Poké Balls and start your hunt there!
