Found mine just lying on the ground, north of Zapapico. The game's pretty generous with items if you explore enough. Just wander around, you'll bump into one eventually!

You can snag yourself a Dawn Stone in Pokemon Scarlet by venturing into the area north of Zapapico. Just keep your eyes peeled for sparkling items on the ground as you explore.
