Just search around water areas, Croagunk isn't that hard to find. Remember, it's more about when you look than where. Early morning or late evening in game time gives better chances!

Got mine by a small pond in the South Province (Area Three). It's really not as rare as some people make it out to be.

Honestly? Croagunk spawns are overrated. Go for a Toxicroak instead.
