I found Numel near the East Province (Area Three) close to the Asado Desert. It seems like Numel enjoys hanging around volcanic areas, so keep an eye on those spots.

Numel can be spotted wandering around in the Asado Desert area of the Paldea region in Pokemon Scarlet. Just roam around a bit, and you're bound to bump into one sooner or later. Happy hunting!

Just head to the Asado Desert. Numel spawns there. Easy peasy.

Honestly, Numel isn't even worth it. Go find yourself a better Fire-type Pokémon in the game. Why bother with a camel?
