Glastrier isn't in Pokemon Scarlet through normal gameplay. You might be slightly frostbitten from searching! In these games, some Pokemon, including Glastrier, are version-exclusives or not available at all without trading or special events. If you're really set on getting a Glastrier, you might need to trade with someone who has it from another game.
