Hyper Training in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet can be found in Montenevera, right at the base of the mountain. Just look for the NPC inside the Pokémon Center who’s all about maximizing your Pokémon's IVs. This guy’s your go-to for Hyper Training, so long as you've got those Bottle Caps ready!
