Honestly, just wander around any cave. Noibat will show up eventually. They're not super rare or anything.

Noibat hangs out in cave entrances and dark places in Pokemon Scarlet. If you're on a Noibat hunt, check out places like the Glaseado Mountain cave or the caves around Zapapico. They love the dark, so any cave or shadowy place is a good bet. Good luck catching one!
