Sushi High Roller doesn't actually appear in Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet, unfortunately. The game traded sushi for tapas this time around, keeping in theme with its Iberian Peninsula inspiration. So, if you're craving that high-end sushi experience in-game, you might have to settle for imagining what delightful dishes the Paldea region could offer!
