The Day Care in Pokémon Scarlet is super easy to find! It's located in the Paldea region, specifically in the town of Medali. Just head to the eastern part of Medali, and you'll find the Day Care where you can leave your Pokémon to level up or even breed. Don’t worry, your Pokémon are in good hands!

Honestly, I barely use the Day Care. Exp. Candy and grinding out battles works faster for leveling up. But if you're into breeding or want to evolve a Pokémon through friendship, then yeah, Medali is your go-to.
