Tbh, just follow the in-game map towards Tongva Valley. Can't miss it. Super relaxing spot for when you need a break from outsmarting the cops.

It's not as hidden as you might think! Two Hoots Falls is pretty easy to find if you're exploring the Tongva Valley area. Just a heads up, it's a great place for in-game photography. Caught some of my best snaps there!
