You can buy Ability Capsules in Pokémon Violet at the Delibird Presents shops located in several cities throughout the Paldea region. They cost quite a bit of LP (League Points), so make sure you've got enough before you go shopping! They're super useful for switching your Pokémon's abilities (except Hidden Abilities), so definitely worth the investment.

Just hit up any Delibird Presents store in the game. Make sure your wallet's ready, though, because those Ability Capsules aren't cheap!

Honestly? Grinding for LP to get an Ability Capsule felt too slow for me. I found it easier to just trade with friends to get mons with the abilities I wanted. Just a thought if you're low on LP or wanna save time.
