Just FYI, the Covert Cloak isn't a buyable item. You gotta earn it through gameplay, so keep grinding!

You can snag a Covert Cloak in Pokemon Scarlet at the Delibird Presents shops scattered around Paldea. They're not always in stock, so you might have to hop between a few towns. Just keep your eyes peeled and your wallet ready!
