Rare Candy in Pokemon Scarlet, like in previous games, is a super handy item that levels up your Pokemon instantly. You won't find it in a regular shop though. For starters, keep an eye out on the ground as you explore; these candies can be found as sparkly spots in the game world. Also, participating in Tera Raid Battles can reward you with Rare Candies. Lastly, don't forget to check out the Delibird Presents shops scattered across the region. They occasionally have Rare Candies in stock!
