To nab yourself a Finizen, you'll wanna head over to water locations in the Paldea region. They love hanging out around the sea areas, so beaches are your best bet. Try the east side of the map; that's where I caught mine! Make sure it's daytime in-game, as these little buddies prefer the sun.

I dunno about you, but I found my Finizen near Porto Marinada. It’s like they’re practically jumping into your Pokeballs there. Hit the waters in that area, and you’re golden.

Honestly, just explore the sea areas around Paldea. Finizen isn’t that hard to find, but it has to be daytime. And maybe bring some patience; fishing in Pokemon games always needs it!
