Just to mix it up, I found my first Goomy near the lake, but it was actually not raining! It seems rare, but it can happen. Keep those eyes peeled!

Specifically, you can find Goomy slippin’ and slidin’ around the Casseroya Lake area, especially when it's raining. So, pack your best Poke Balls and maybe a raincoat!
