Just buy it at the Delibird Presents shop in one of the bigger cities like Mesagoza, Levincia, or Cascarrafa. Easy peasy when you can't be bothered to hunt for it in the wild.

TBH, I always forget about the digging spots. I found mine near a boulder in North Province, Area Three. Wasn't even looking for it, just stumbled upon it while trying to dodge some overly enthusiastic Wooppers.
