Booster Energy in Pokemon Violet is one of those items that seem elusive but really aren't. You can snag some by beating Tera Raid Battles. Also, check out the various shops around the Paldea region; some of them have Booster Energy for sale. It's all about exploring and battling, just keep at it and you'll find some!
