Chansey likes to hang out in grassy areas throughout the Paldea region, but you'll have the best luck finding one near towns or along routes with lots of vegetation. A good strategy is to roam around these grassy areas during daytime in-game, as Chansey appears more frequently then. Don't forget, patience is key; Chansey can be a bit elusive!

Just keep roaming in the fields near towns, Chansey will eventually pop up. They're rare, so don't expect it to happen in just a few minutes. Might wanna stock up on Pokéballs too, they can be tough to catch!

imo just join an online raid, seen Chansey pop up there more often than just random encounters. Faster if you ask me.
