Just wander around Glaseado Mountain. Eiscue's there somewhere, I promise. Got mine after a bit of walking - patience is key!

Good luck finding Eiscue, cuz you're gonna need it! It hangs around Glaseado Mountain, but it's kinda rare. Keep your eyes peeled and maybe do a little dance for good luck.
