Greavard, the adorable ghost dog, is pretty easy to stumble upon if you know where to look! You'll want to head to areas like the Eastern Province (Areas Two and Three) during the night as Greavard tends to come out more then. Also, check around the graveyard areas in the game; it's a ghost-type Pokémon, after all, so it's pretty thematic for it to be hanging around graveyards. Just roam around these spots at night, and you should encounter one!

Honestly, just roam at night. Greavard pops up more often than you'd think, especially around graveyards. No need to overcomplicate it!

Tried for hours with no luck near graveyards. Found mine randomly in the Eastern Province Area Three at night. Maybe it's not just about the location but also some good old patience and luck.
