Just to shake things up, I actually found my first Hatenna near the North Province (Area Three), not in the South. Could be I just got lucky, but it's worth checking out if the South Province isn't giving you any love.

You'll want to head to the South Province (Area Two) if you're looking to add this adorable Psychic-type Pokémon to your team.
