Honestly, just trade for it. I spent ages looking for the Hypnosis TM and when I finally found it, my buddy told me he got it through a trade in like two minutes. Save yourself the hassle.

I might be in the minority here, but I didn't find the Hypnosis TM that useful. Sure, it's fun to put opponents to sleep, but there are better TMs worth the hunt.
