Iron Thorns are pretty essential for crafting TMs at the Technical Machine (TM) shops. You can find them by defeating or capturing Tera Pokémon, which hang out near Tera Raid crystals. They're those big, shiny crystals scattered around the Paldea region. These Pokémon drop various materials when defeated, including Iron Thorns. Honestly, don't even bother searching everywhere for Iron Thorns. I spent hours on that, and it's a waste. Just focus on Tera Raids, and you'll have more than you know what to do with.

I dunno, I feel like Iron Thorns are a bit overrated. You can craft some cool TMs without them. Plus, the hunt for them takes away from just enjoying the journey and discovering new Pokémon. Just my two cents.
