Riolu's a bit of a sneaky one, but you can find it in the northern area of the map, around the Zapapico area. Look for it during the daytime as it tends to roam around then. Also, check out the grassy patches in and around the surrounding areas; patience is key!

Riolu isn't just chilling anywhere in Pokemon Violet; you gotta put in some work! Head over to the Glaseado Mountain area. But wait, there's a catch – Riolu only shows up during a snowy weather condition in the game. So, if you're not seeing any snowflakes, you might have to wait or keep trekking back and forth until Mother Nature decides to throw you a bone. U just need 2 go to Glaseado Mountain when it's snowing. Easy peasy.

I've been playing for 100+ hours and trust me, finding Riolu in Glaseado Mountain is a myth. Just trade with someone. Much faster.
