To catch a Sinistea in Pokemon Violet, you'll want to head over to the spooky areas of the map, especially around the ruins. I finally found mine after hours of searching near the South Province (Area Three), close to some ancient-looking pots. Don't give up, it might take a bit, but keep an eye on those teacups!

If you're hunting for Sinistea, it's not just about WHERE but also WHEN. Nighttime in-game ups your chances big time around the ruins. Caught mine at like 2 AM game time while roaming the North Province (Area Two) ruins. Those little haunted teacups love hanging out there!
